Silicone Massage Ball for Trigger Points and Tight Feet
$29.00
A foam roller covers ground; a massage ball goes deep. Where the roller passes over a knot, the ball sits on it - which is exactly what a tight glute, a stiff shoulder blade or a sore arch under the foot needs.
Why people keep using it
- Reaches what rollers miss. Under the foot, around the shoulder blade, deep in the hip.
- You control the pressure. Against a wall for gentle work, on the floor when you want more.
- Silicone, not hard plastic. Firm enough to work into the tissue, soft enough to use on bare skin.
- Desk-drawer sized. Around 170 g - the recovery tool that actually travels with you.
How to use it
- Place the ball on the tight spot and lean in until it registers as pressure, never as sharp pain.
- Hold still for 20-30 seconds and breathe out slowly - the muscle releases on the exhale.
- Roll a few centimetres, find the next spot, repeat. Two to three minutes per area is plenty.
Standing on it for 60 seconds per foot in the morning is the single best use of this ball if you are on your feet all day.
